**Tile floors 150 – 249 sq. feet at a base price of $4.50 a sq. ft.

**Tile floors 149 sq. feet or less at a base price of $5 a sq. ft.

Additional cost will apply for the following:

1. Marble or travertine tile

2. Tile laid on 45 degree diagonal

3. Clipped corners and deco dots or any specialize decorative feature

4. To repair sub-flooring that is unleveled or sub-standard

5. To remove and/or replace trim or quarter round

6. To re-install toilets
