Daisy is a beautiful, healthy girl, but she was just skin and bones when she was found wandering on Hines Chapel Road. It was obvious that she had just had puppies but no food for a long time. Now that she’s healthy again the best word to describe Daisy is enthusiastic. She is overjoyed to see you in the morning, she is beside herself at the prospect of a walk, and will climb up in your lab for a snuggle if you let her! Unfortunately she is much too enthusiastic about cats and other small animals and can’t be trusted with them. She does not care for other dogs except for the occasional friendly male. Daisy will be a wonderful pet for someone who is kind yet firm, can give her the love and attention she needs, and wants a single, devoted dog in their life! Four-year-old Daisy is a graduate of our New Leash on Life program, where she learned to sit, not jump and come when called. Daisy is spayed, on heartworm preventative, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and comes with a free collar and leash!
