Description
Lenore is a young Black Lab mix between 1 and 1.5 years old as of October, 2009. Lenore is very sweet and affectionate with that puppy energy and playfulness. She is a gentle, good-natured dog with a cheerful personality and loves all people and is great with kids. She also enjoys playing with other dogs. She is still young and trainable.....willing to learn and eager to please but is a bit shy. Lenore and her sister Ezme have been in and out of foster care and are semi house trained. Ezme is completely house broken and is currently in foster care. These poor girls have been in the shelter system since they were 3 months old. Their sister, Charity, was recently adopted but 2 are still left. Black dogs and cats are the least adopted animals in shelters and pound across the country.
