Jack Russell Terrier - Medium - Young - Female - Dog - Nutmeg
Description
Nutmeg is a bit more outgoing than her sister, Ginger, but she can also be a bit more stubborn. Both girls are healthy, up to date on shots, etc, and spayed, with no known health problems. Because Ginger depends on her sister for reassurance (see Ginger's bio), these girls WILL NOT BE SEPARATED under any circumstances. They play and sleep together constantly, and are only separated at mealtimes. Even then, they eat in wire crates so they can still see each other. They are still fairly young, only about eight months old, so they would need supervision as they are still in that chewing puppy phase. If left unattended, they WILL find something to tear up. We have not noticed a strong prey drive in either of them, but they are still young, so we cannot garuntee that it won't develop later on. They are a mix of two hunting breeds, so it is a likely possibilty. Also, due to their skittishness and shyness, small children would likely be frightening to them. These girls have personalities so sweet it's almost unbelievable, but they do need someone with lots of patience to help them learn to trust people again.
