1977 MGB in good condition. It runs, drives and everything works on the car. The car has had a lot of work done to it in recent years and is quite a bargain considering all the work that has gone into it.
Recent work done on the car is as follows: Replaced distributor with a points distributor, new points, condenser, cap and wires. New spark plugs, new starter, rebuilt carburetor, new fuel filter, new oil filter, recent oil change on engine, transmission and rear differential. Valves have been adjusted, timing set, fresh coolant and all electrical components chased down so all the lights, turn signals, etc work.
Work done to the car in recent years includes: Rebuilt suspension (front and rear) with tube shock conversion. New clutch and pressure plate, new clutch slave cylinder, new gas tank, new fuel pump, top replaced with a cloth top.
Overall the car is presentable and I would consider it a driver, not a show car. The paint has some dings and scratches, the interior has a few tears in the seats, but from 20 feet away it looks quite nice. The engine runs decently with no knocks or smoke.
A few things don’t work on the car. Specifically the fuel sender, radio and tachometer. They probably need to be replaced.
