Our instructor has a very strong background in law enforcement and will help boost your confidence and self esteem, ease your worries about being attacked, create awareness and empower you to protect yourself! Our classes are not only empowering and informative, but we create a serious yet fun environment in which to learn!

Our Self Defense Class is typically two hours in length and is a full practical on hands class. The entire class is a practical on hands program. The class will provide more in-depth training and hands on practice.

Date / Time: Saturday, October, 10th @ noon or Tuesday, Oct. 20th @ 6:30pm
