Yes I have all the fancy ads with graphics, video, links, etc. and also now Raleigh's most complete fitness boot camp program, but let me talk to you 'old school' here and 'lay it out so you can play it out'!
Our clients get results! Why? We front load with a new client. After the initial comprehensive consultation, we perform baseline fitness testing and body assessments, then professionally design your tailored program. We pay close attention to your medical background, orthopedic limitations and your desired health & fitness goals. Implemented in your tailored program are functional exercises that are designed to fix weaknesses and imbalances uncovered in our fitness testing stage and screening. Then coupled with suggested cardio and nutrition guidelines, you are set to succeed at accomplishing your goals. We then perform intra fitness testing to further fine tune your training program and show you your wise investment with Flex-Fit Training.
Following are three (3) options in becoming a client of Flex-Fit Training... and only after a 45 minute FREE consultation to meet your trainer, see our training facility and experience (2) complimentary training sessions:
Option 1)
One-on-One Training Sessions - 1 hour
12 sessions @ $50 = $600
24 sessions @ $45 = $1080
36 sessions @ $40 = $1440
48 sessions @ $35 = $1680
Option 2)
'Buddy'(Small Group 2-3 clients) Training* - 1 hour
$30 flat rate per client, just pay for a month at a time
8 sessions @ $30 = $240
10 sessions @ $30 = $300
12 sessions @ $30 = $360
* You do not have to have a friend to take advantage of this program, FFT will put a client(s) with you. If we do not put a client(s) with you you then get one-on-one training at that low rate
Option 3)
30 minute 'Fast Sessions'**
$25 flat rate and just pay for a month at a time
8 sessions = $200
10 sessions = $250
12 sessions = $300
** You warm-up on your own with our protocol, then workout with Personal Trainer for 30 minutes, cool-down on own and we perform partner(Trainer) assisted stretching
